It’s the peak of summer in the Okanagan/Shuswap. This is the life!  

We are so lucky!

In addition to the countless golf courses, ski resorts, mountain biking trails, parks, wineries and lakes, and orchards – we also have some amazing growers of non-edibles.

Check out these gorgeous sun flowers! These beauties are grown by Hartwood North Farms in Armstrong but we were lucky enough to purchase them at Natures Fare in downtown Vernon.
