END OF SUMMER MARKET REVIEW

Well here we are, sadly,  at the end of summer, but hopefully also near the end of the smoke and devastation.   As children return to school and we try to go back to more normal routines, we are reviewing the stats to see how the Real Estate Market fared over the past few months.  We have attached our Association’s Media Report which summarizes the situation quite well and the infographics below confirm, sales are down and prices are remaining strong and often still rising.  

Take note though that our inventory is still exceptionally low!   While all this continues to slightly favor sellers, we are very cognizant of some subtle changes: multiple offers are not as frequent, buyers are very cautious about inspection deficiencies and willing to shop longer to find the right property.  We are again conducting business with full protocol procedures and ready for the Fall market.
